A moving summer, from 236 to 411 to 226 - Yes, all on the same street!
We where living in a small house in Historical Oxnard for the last 12 years. A rental place, we very much liked the neighborhood and location.
On may 15th. at 10:30 am the doorbell rang and our landlord handed me a 30 day notice because her daughter bought the house. We where shocked, no warning, no sign, no communication.
