Wind Beneath My Wings award entries
Once a year, VCPWN asks members to think about the one person they would nominate as the "wind beneath their wings." That is, the person who lifts them up and helps them to soar. It could be a parent or sibling, a best friend or teacher, anyone you choose. To nominate your person, write a brief essay (300-500 words) and email it by September 1, 2011 to info@vcpwn.org, along with contact information for that person. The award winner will be our guest at the September dinner meeting and receive a gift. Start writing!
